Delete your Footy Addis account and data

Open Footy Addis, sign in, choose Account, then Delete account. You can do this in your browser without installing the app. Read both confirmation prompts: deletion cancels your bookings and open games and unpublishes your venues.

If you cannot sign in, email support@footyaddis.com to request account and data deletion from your registered email address. Include your username if known. We may need to verify ownership; never send your password or identity documents by email.

Deletion removes your profile, messages, social connections, comments, feedback, verification applications and credentials from active storage. Shared booking and event records remain detached from your account, without your booking phone number or notes. Delivered notifications and other people’s copies cannot be recalled. Contact support for backup retention or legal retention details. See the privacy policy for more information.

Payments

Footy Addis does not process online payments. Pitch bookings are paid directly to the venue, typically cash on arrival. Never send money to anyone claiming to collect payment on behalf of Footy Addis.
